General overview
MOLEMAB has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, together with a Code of Ethics
and a dedicated Whistleblowing procedure. These documents define the principles, rules of conduct and reporting channels that guide the Company’s activities and help prevent unlawful conduct.
Compliance is overseen by a Supervisory Body with independent powers of initiative and control, responsible for monitoring the functioning of the Model and the observance of its rules.
